Mediator Joshua Weinstein has always been a fan of rules.
"That doesn't mean I liked the rules my parents were implementing as a kid," the retired Santa Clara County Superior Court judge explained with a laugh. "I loved arguing with my parents about the rules and trying to find any crack in whatever rule they were giving me and pointing out why it was wrong. I was probably born to be a lawyer."
