Judge Francisco Briseno inspires Project SELF interns
At the Annual Project SELF Recognition Dinner on Aug. 1, 269 members of the Orange County legal community celebrated the record-breaking success of the Project SELF (Summer Employment in Law Firm) program. Project SELF provides low-income, minority high school juniors a hands-on summer internship. This year, 59 students were placed as interns throughout 51 Orange County law firms and law-related businesses. Orange County Superior Court Judge Francisco Briseno was the keynote speaker at the dinner.
