9th Circuit hanging on as the most reversed circuit court

Three weeks prior to the end of the current U.S. Supreme Court term, the justices have reversed four 9th Circuit decisions. Once again, the 9th Circuit has retained the award for the most reversed federal circuit court in the United States.
