The Minority Corporate Counsel Association honored Crowell & Moring LLP with the 2012 Thomas L. Sager Award at MCCA’s West Regional Networking Forum on May 16 at the California African American Museum in Los Angeles. Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP and Reed Smith LLP were named finalists for the award. The Thomas L. Sager Award is given to law firms that demonstrate sustained commitment to improving the hiring, retention and promotion of minority attorneys. It is named for MCCA board member and DuPont Company Senior Vice President and General Counsel Thomas L. Sager. - Connie Lopez
