Richard Frank is a professor of environmental practice and director of the UC Davis School of Law's California Environmental Law & Policy Center. He has also served as executive director of the Center for Law, Energy & the Environment. For 29 years Frank served in California's Dept. of Justice, ultimately holding the post of Chief Deputy Attorney General for Legal Affairs from 2003-2006. His career has focused on land use and public land management issues.
