Lions Gate deputy GC steps into head legal role at Starz
Veteran entertainment lawyer Audrey Y. Lee to lead the legal team at the Beverly Hills production house.

Longtime entertainment industry attorney Audrey Y. Lee has taken the reins as the new general counsel for Starz Entertainment LLC. She replaces David I. Weil, who has been chief legal officer of the Beverly Hills-based media and entertainment company since 2014.
According to a press release from the company, Weil will continue to assist the legal team in a consulting role. Lee became general counsel Jan. 3.
