Buyer of ‘Sopranos’ star’s outfit sues auctioneer
An Orange County man who thought he bought a one-of-a-kind bowling shirt and pants worn by ‘Sopranos’ television actor James Gandolfini claims in a lawsuit filed this week that a Calabasas auctioneer duped him.
An Orange County man bought what was marketed as the one-of-a-kind bowling shirt and pants worn by the late 'Sopranos' actor James Gandolfini in the TV series finale.
Three years later, the auction house sent the buyer a catalogue listing the outfit for sale again, the purchaser said in a lawsuit filed Tuesday in Los Angeles County Superior Court. This time, the outfit was no longer listed as "unique."
