SACRAMENTO -- A law firm has been sued for breach of contract and fraud by a bank that had been a major client. The complaint filed by Golden Pacific Bancorp Inc. alleges high-ranking officials with Kronick Moskovitz Tiedemann & Girard misled it into signing a settlement worth far less than the bank should have recovered.
The law firm said the bank is seeking to get out of paying owed legal fees.
