GLASER
Patricia L. Glaser of Glaser Weil Fink Howard Avchen & Shapiro LLP filed a lawsuit Thursday on behalf of Papa John's founder John Schnatter, seeking documents from the company related to his ouster following allegations that he used a racial slur in a conference call.
Schnatter resigned as chairman of the restaurant chain's board of directors on July 11, the same day the allegations surfaced in a Forbes article.
