Attorney arrested on arson charges
A Sacramento attorney is facing felony arson charges after allegedly starting an early-morning fire alongside Interstate 80 in Vacaville.

A Sacramento attorney is facing felony arson charges in connection with an early-morning fire that started alongside Interstate 80 in Vacaville.
According to records posted on the Solano County Sheriff's Office website, Jessica A. Warne, 46, was booked into jail in Fairfield at 5:15 a.m. last Tuesday. She was charged with arson of property, carrying a possible sentence of 16 months to three years.
