LOS ANGELES -- In a tear-filled confession, a seizure-prone former Southern California Gas Co. employee, who crashed a company truck into a fully stopped motorcyclist, said he misled the company about the severity of his seizure condition.
"I'll say yes, I lied to the gas company," said defendant Dominick Consolazio after a 45-second pause during questioning by Brian Panish of Panish Shea & Boyle LLP.
