An alleged culture of harassment and backstabbing, a crossover between politics and prosecution, and the loss of 79 years of experience: These are the challenges the next district attorneys of Madera, Lassen and Marin counties, whomever voters decide on Nov. 6 they will be.

None of the runoff contests for district attorney in the three counties feature an incumbent.
