Judge rejects Hollister Ranch settlement, but leaves door open for more litigation
A Santa Barbara County judge’s decision not to approve a class settlement in a major coastal land access case and to order an environmental group to file a cross-complaint is intended to lead to a resolution of the long-running dispute, she wrote.
