LOS ANGELES — Michael Jackson’s estate sued HBO Thursday, alleging a soon-to-be-released documentary on the late singer disparages him in violation of a contract signed over a 1992 televised concert.
The film recounts as uncontested the stories of Wade Robson and James Safechuck, who both claim Jackson molested them as children, the lawsuit states. The men have ongoing lawsuits against Jackson’s estate.
