CIT Group bank appoints new GC
Pasadena-based CIT Group Inc. has appointed James R. Hubbard to replace Stuart Alderoty as general counsel effective Monday.

National bank CIT Group Inc. has appointed James R. Hubbard to replace Stuart Alderoty as general counsel effective Monday.
"Jim is a seasoned lawyer with deep expertise in both commercial and consumer banking," the Pasadena-based bank's CEO, Ellen Alemany, said in a press statement Thursday. "His leadership and background will be a strong addition to CIT as we advance the next phase of our strategic plan."
