Vaccine approval means more mandates and lawsuits
A recurring argument in lawsuits challenging vaccine mandates pointed to the fact that vaccines were not fully FDA-approved. But some lawyers say that was only one of their arguments.
Lawsuits challenging vaccine mandates should "melt away" after the U.S. Food and Drug Administration fully approved Pfizer Inc.'s COVID-19 vaccine Monday, some attorneys said. However, others said the vaccine's approval will only lead to more mandates and in turn more lawsuits challenging them.
