State Bar seizes company operated by non-attorneys
National Family Solutions operated offices in Goleta, Santa Barbara and Los Angeles and offered legal services to self-represented litigants.
A company that provided unauthorized, unlicensed legal services has been seized by the State Bar, Chief Trial Counsel George Cardona announced Wednesday.
"National Family Solutions sought to profit by promising vulnerable victims legal services it was not authorized to provide," Cardona said in a statement.
