Former federal Judge Jeremy D. Fogel of San Francisco has joined FedArb as a mediator.
Fogel, who is also executive director of the Berkeley Judicial Institute, is recognized as one of the “titans of the federal judiciary,” Kennen D. Hagen, FedArb’s president and CEO, said. “We are very excited to have him join our panel.”
