Ontario attorney sentenced to 10 years on child porn charges
Sagi Schwartzberg pleaded guilty to paying underage girls to send him explicit photos using the apps Snapchat and Instagram.
A disgraced Ontario lawyer has been sentenced to 10 years in federal prison for producing and receiving child pornography through the messenger application Snapchat.
Sagi Schwartzberg, 39, of Fontana was sentenced Monday by U.S. District Judge André Birotte Jr. He was ordered to pay a $10,000 fine and to serve a 20-year period of probation after his time in prison.
