Walmart must stop selling shoes that look like Vans
Vans alleged Walmart ripped off “virtually all” of its sneaker design elements to produced shoes that cost less than $20 and are “cheap, poorly made, and confusingly similar” to $60 Vans.
Walmart will have to temporarily stop selling its own brand of shoes that allegedly copy the classic Vans designs at its stores, a federal judge has ruled.
