Shareholder plaintiffs aim to trample free speech, Musk lawyer says
Elon Musk has continued to make public statements about taking Tesla public, which is the subject of a sharehold complaint.
An attorney representing Tesla Inc. on Wednesday accused plaintiffs in a shareholder lawsuit of trying to “trample on Elon Musk’s First Amendment rights” by barring him from discussing the case before and during the trial.
