2nd District Court of Appeal resumes in-person orals Thursday
The 1st, 3rd and 4th District Courts of Appeal have also announced dates for the return of in-person appearances, while allowing those who prefer remote participation to continue with that method.
LOS ANGELES — The 2nd District Court of Appeal will resume in person oral arguments Thursday, Justice Lee Edmon told a bench and bar meeting of the L.A. County Bar Association on Tuesday.
