Unsolicited filing from lawyers for Post Malone is rejected
“The Court neither invited nor ordered any reply briefing on the draft issue,” U.S. District Judge Otis D. Wright II wrote.
Defendants can’t file uninvited replies to briefs, said a federal judge as he struck down a reply in the midst of copyright litigation between rapper Post Malone and musician Tyler Armes.
