Small claims and probate is being moved to a temporary facility in Costa Mesa.

Beginning early next year, the Orange County Superior Court's Central Justice Center in Santa Ana will no longer hear small claims and probate cases until repairs are made to bring the building up to fire code. Those cases will be heard in a facility in Costa Mesa.
