Trooper who testified justice harassed her settles suit
Trooper Tatiana Sauquillo was one of 17 women inside and outside the 2nd District Court of Appeal whom the Commission on Judicial Performance accused Justice Jeffrey Johnson of propositioning them for sex, or making sexually suggestive comments to them.
The California Highway Patrol reached a confidential settlement with a female trooper who testified that she was sexually harassed by a court of appeal justice she was assigned to protect.
