Actor’s family settles wrongful death suit against Cedars-Sinai
“The matter has been resolved to the mutual satisfaction of the parties,” said plaintiffs’ attorneys Bruce A. Broillet.
The family of the late actor and director Bill Paxton reached a confidential settlement of a wrongful death lawsuit against Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles.
“The matter has been resolved to the mutual satisfaction of the parties,” plaintiffs’ attorneys Bruce A. Broillet of Greene Broillet Wheeler LLP and Steve A. Heimberg of Heimberg Barr LLP, which specializes in medical malpractice cases, said in a news release.
