Jury awards $26M in claim of sex assault of special needs girl
“This verdict demonstrates that all children, regardless of their disabilities, deserve to be protected,” said plaintiffs’ lawyer David A. Rudorfer.
A jury ordered the Pasadena Unified School District to pay $26 million to a former special education student whose guardians said she was sexually assaulted by three boys when they were left unsupervised.
