State Bar’s Girardi report not fully transparent
The State Bar of California (Bar) states in its Nov. 3 "report," regarding the Girardi "investigation," that it strives to further its mission that "meaningful change begins with a culture that values transparency and accountability."
Then, it proceeds to let the public know that it is "releasing as much information about the Girardi matters as we believe is allowed under the law." (Emphasis added.) Evidently, in all this ...
