This letter is in response to a Nov. 18 Daily Journal story on the State Bar Board of Trustees vote to send options for consideration to the Supreme Court of California to continue the highly successful Provisional Licensure Program (PLP). The article seemed to collapse and confuse the two different versions of the PLP, so we wanted to set the record straight.
