Over renewed objection, Apple, class seek settlement OK
The class claims the company throttled the performance of some iPhones to mask battery defects.
Apple Inc. and owners of various versions of iPhone 6 and iPhone 7 again sought final approval for a $310 million to $500 million settlement to resolve claims the company throttled the system performance of their devices to mask battery defects.
