Employees caught up in the mass layoff at Twitter Inc. on Nov. 4 must bring their claims before an arbitrator, a federal judge ruled.
“Plaintiffs’ main objection is that the arbitration agreements are unconscionable, they do not raise any contract formation issues,” U.S. District Judge James Donato wrote in his order Friday. “Twitter provided signed copies of the agreements, and they are all clear and straightforward.
