Three crew members working with Alec Baldwin on the “Rust” film when the cinematographer was shot dead are suing the actor and producer alleging a host of mental health problems as a result of his negligence including post-traumatic stress disorder.
The three plaintiffs — a dolly operator, a set costumer and a key grip — say that they were in the line of fire in the confined church set when the gun was discharged.
