White & Case recruits 10 lawyer Silicon Valley team
Heather Burke, the firm’s Silicon Valley office executive partner, said this team’s arrival from Paul Hastings further advances the firm’s ambition to have a high-impact presence in the technological capital of the world.
Yar Chaikovsky and Phil Ou, along with eight other lawyers, left Paul Hastings LLP to join White & Case LLP in Palo Alto as partners.
Chaikovsky will serve as head of the firm’s technology intellectual property litigation group. “There is an opportunity to build something innovative here in Silicon Valley,” Chaikovsky said. “We think we can develop something bigger and more helpful to our clients given the platform.”
