Not raising the debt ceiling would hurt the average American most

Raising the debt ceiling is imperative for the American people. Congress needs to legislate on behalf of all Americans, not partisan party lines.

Time is of the essence as the country’s debt ceiling divide continues to drag on. No matter what side of the aisle a person sits on politically, the looming default on the debt ceiling is first and foremost going to hurt the American people if not resolved.
