State Bar seeks disbarment of 2 Girardi Keese attorneys
Keith D. Griffin and David R. Lira, who is Girardi’s son-in-law, have denied previously that they had knowledge of or influence over Girardi’s handling of client funds.
Former Girardi Keese attorneys David R. Lira and Keith D. Griffin took part in misappropriating more than $743,000 in settlement funds from families of air crash victims, the State Bar said Friday, announcing it will seek their disbarment in disciplinary proceedings.
