2 justices confirmed to California courts of appeal
Judge Danny Chou will sit on the 1st District Court of Appeal and Judge David Rubin will sit on the 4th District.

The Commission on Judicial Appointments on Friday unanimously confirmed Judge Danny Chou to the 1st District Court of Appeal, Division 5 and Judge David Rubin to the 4th District, Division 1.
Chou fills the vacancy created by the retirement of Justice Henry E. Needham. He has been a San Mateo County Superior Court judge since 2018. He previously worked in the Santa Clara County Counsel's Office and the San Francisco City Attorney's Office....
