Opponents of LA’s ‘mansion tax’ disagree on pleadings strategy
"Whatever happens in trial court isn't going to end this litigation. It's so big -- so much money is at stake -- it's going to the Supreme Court. Whoever loses isn't going to stop until they have the final word," said plaintiffs' attorney Keith M. Fromm.
