Cultural Competency in Family Law Practice (CCFLP) has its genesis in a seed planted by Fred Glassman fifteen years ago. As the president of the Los Angeles Collaborative Family Law Association (LACFLA), Fred’s personal mission was to bring collaborative practice to every corner of the county.
