Moore v. Harper will exonerate Trump

Mr. Trump was simply following advice given to him by his attorneys. He was following their advice and the text of his position actually appears in the U.S. Constitution. Mr Eastman, who is currently involved in a disbarment proceeding involving the advice that he and others gave Mr Trump, has said many times that he acted in good faith and advocated for what exists in the Constitution.

Moore v. Harper will exonerate former President Trump, Dr. Eastman, Dr. Guliani and all others charged with interfering with the results of the 2020 election.
