Witnesses are afraid to testify, Eastman lawyer says
A State Bar Court judge said Thursday she is considering a partial abatement of the disbarment proceedings against John C. Eastman, a former attorney for then President Donald Trump who was indicted in Georgia on criminal charges regarding the challenge of the 2020 presidential election results.
