Adverse ruling points up ‘flawed’ administrative law system, Intuit says
“You can’t make this stuff up — it’s a flawed system and a groundless ruling,” Intuit spokesperson Tania Mercado said.
The U.S. Federal Trade Commission is expected to announce a ruling in favor of the agency in its lawsuit alleging deceptive marketing practices by Intuit Inc., a spokesperson for the financial software company said.
