Firm challenges sanctions, ‘gamesmanship’ accusation
“We will be appearing and arguing against the sanctions because they are excessive and unwarranted,” said defense attorney Jamie Wright of ADLI Law Group.
ADLI Law Group denied a Los Angeles judge’s accusation that they were engaged in “gamesmanship” and said it would appear in court Monday to argue against a tentative $4,980 in discovery sanctions.
“They are excessive, unwarranted and defendant has not engaged in gamesmanship,” Jamie E. Wright, senior of counsel at ADLI Law Group wrote in an email Friday.
