Portfolio Bar Exam: facts vs. fiction
Legal aid organizations support the PBE, as it will help them recruit new staff attorneys, increase their capacity to serve their clients, and increase the number of diverse attorneys with lived experience. Law school administrators and professors have expressed joy at the prospect of being able to refocus their curriculums on the actual practice of law, as opposed to “teaching to the test.”





On Oct. 11 the Daily Journal published a piece by Gil Peles opposing the Portfolio Bar Exam (PBE) recommendation.
