University of San Francisco tries to dismiss claims by baseball players
U.S. Magistrate Judge Laurel Beeler previously ruled that, though the plaintiffs sufficiently claimed they suffered discrimination and sexual harassment, many claims were time-barred.
The University of San Francisco was successful again Friday in its attempts to narrow claims that it failed to provide a safe environment for its baseball players, who said they suffered from a sexualized environment and retaliation by head coach Nino Giarratano and his former assistant, Troy Nakamura.
