Getting stuck in the family law system and hurting minors in the process

Is there anything we or the courts can do to remedy some of the shortcomings and systemic failures that harm our families and children? We can’t continue to sit by idly, hoping for tiny changes, or another judge or two to fix what’s broken for our children.
