The mandatory appellate settlement program in the 4th District has long, impressive history
Division Two in the Court of Appeal in Riverside has had a mediation program since 1991, using volunteer attorney mediators who donate their time at no cost to the parties or the court.
I am the settlement conference administrator at the Fourth District, Division Two, Court of Appeal in Riverside. I have served in the court’s settlement conference program since Sept. 1, 2005, first as the coordinator of the program and then as administrator.
