Summary adjudication upheld in $99.7M Michelin tire liability case
Michelin argued there was no duty to warn because there was no evidence that its tires became unsafe at any age.
The 2nd District Court of Appeal upheld a summary adjudication in a $99.7 million product liability tire case for Michelin after concluding that the plaintiffs did not show that, in the year that the tire at issue was manufactured, there was a consensus about when it should be replaced.
