Lawyer Moves From In-House to Thelen Reid as Of-Counsel

Paul Sanner, the former senior corporate counsel to Bay Area engineering firm URS Corp., joined the San Francisco firm Thelen Reid & Priest on July 1. Sanner, 64, will serve as of-counsel to the 400-lawyer firm.

        Paul Sanner, the former senior corporate counsel to Bay Area engineering firm URS Corp., joined the San Francisco firm Thelen Reid & Priest on July 1. Sanner, 64, will serve as of-counsel to the 400-lawyer firm.
        Sanner spent more than 30 years at San Francisco's now-defunct Bronson, Bronson & McKinnon before going in-house as general counsel with the Dames & Moore Group in 1999. URS Corp. acquired Dames & Moore shortly thereafter.
        Sanner specializes in commercial, environmental and construction litigation and will join Thelen Reid's 60-lawyer construction and government contracts group.
        Thelen Reid has six offices nationwide.
