SAN FRANCISCO SOFTWARE COMPANY MAKES OFFERING
Plumtree Software Inc. went public June 3. The company brought in $43 million in its initial public offering. Goldman Sachs & Co. led the offering. J.P. Morgan & Co. and RBC Capital Markets served as co-managers of the underwriting.

San Francisco's Plumtree Software provides software that companies, such as Staples Inc. and Ford Motor Co., use to keep track of all their documents and people. Its Web-based application organizes documents and applications so that all users can access them.
Palo Alto's Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati represented Plumtree. Partner Kurt Berney led the deal team, comprising associates Caine Moss, Daniel Cohen and Mark Farrell.
San Francisco's Pillsbury Winthrop represented the underwriters. Partner Stanton Wong led the deal team. Associates Paul McCoy and Jennifer Lurie assisted.
