Sheppard Mullin: CORPORATE SPECIALIST LEAVES GIBSON DUNN
Sheppard Mullin Richter & Hampton has added attorney Brette S. Simon to its corporate practice in Los Angeles. Simon, who joined as special counsel, represents startups and middle-market companies, venture capitalists and private equity funds. She works on mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, joint venture deals and emerging company and venture capital work.

Before her arrival June 3, she was an associate at Gibson Dunn & Crutcher's Los Angeles office.
